2. Innovate processes by reviewing investment validity upon a new system and developing it for enhancing operation system efficiency.
3. Enhance service system by maintaining and improving operation system and support stable process operation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain operational SLA, incident and service request, support maintenance activities, and deliver improvement plan.
- Respond to problems by analyzing defects related to customer’s claim, finding the root cause and establishing response measures.
- Assist in any user support request or problem, do escalation process and work with various engineer or vendor to see through its resolution.
