Job Description – Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system. – Work with end users to support systems issues and resolutions. – Investigates and resolves application issues across a number of different business functions. – Maintains and/or prepares records, reports and logs and counts of documents related to assigned functions. – Performs maintenance and problem resolution on multiple applications and interfaces. – Actively respond to incidents and requests. – Track all support issues in the helpdesk software application. – Support and maintain SAP/ERP multi-ERP, understand business process.
Job Requirement ・Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science ・Minimum 5 years overall experience as an Application Support Specialist. ・Minimum 3 years of dedicated project management experience. ・Experience supporting SAP ERP especially manufacturing (will be added value) ・Ability working knowledge in application software such as VB, ASP.net, and Microsoft C#.net. ・Ability work knowledge in databases such as Oracle, and SQL server. ・Experience with SAP implementation experience (will be added value) ・Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) ・Experience in organizational change initiatives and adoption of industry best practices within IT. ・Good understanding of the business process and manufacturing system. ・Problem Solving- Analyze and resolve complex problems. ・Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in multiple assignments. ・Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and friendly manner with a service mind. ・Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
