Tasks * Response to technical inquiries, issues, and requests
- Resolve technical problems and questions related to our products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Deepen your knowledge of our products and services to better serve consumers
- Give our internal team of engineers ongoing input to help develop our products based on the customer’s demand
Requirements * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/technical customer support
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Service, Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks
- Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner.
- Programming skills are preferred.
